Notes from the white board
We recently purchased two little white boards to use for school. Anna Kate has found that they are handy for writing "notes" to me. She writes down her little desires or thoughts and places the white board on my pillow for me to find. Creative, huh? Here are a few of the best:
"Remember to get the princess Wii please." (She found out that they have a Disney Princess Wii game and she really wants it!)
"I'm sorry for that Mom and Dad and I mean that." (She accidentally wrote on our sheets with her pen during rest time and felt the need to apologize.)
During school last week one of Max's new reading words was climb. He had the hardest time remebering how to spell it. We practiced and practiced and worked and worked and he finally got it! Later that day he drew me this picture and wrote climb to show that he really knew it. Way to go, Max!

You have to post these types of things more often (as well as little boys attempting sign language... ha!)
I miss your kids.
I miss you and your hubby.
Love from us to you,
JB
You and your sweet little ones are amazing. I am so proud of you for home schooling and doing a wonderful job and for Max, Anna Kate, and Jake being such excellent students. Love the posts and the pictures.
Love you all,
Sandra
How sweet! :) She sounds like such a neat kid. Possible wife for Micah???? Hmmm. Something to think about LOL. :)
Awww! Thanks for sharing! You are such a great teacher and Mama:)
I bet you are just so proud!!
That's so great! Your kids are so creative - like their mama! I think you should write your little requests back to them!
Malia was so excited when she read the notes from your kids cause she does the same thing during rest time almost every day!!! Too Cute!
