Happy Birthday, Sweet Jake!
Today we are celebrating Jake's first birthday. What a great day! We never could have known what joy this little guy would bring into our lives. He is so much fun!A year brings so many changes. Here are a few snapshots from his first year of life. Watch him grow up before your very eyes!
