Job Interview
As many of you know, I have been working for nearly the past two years at Chick-fil-A for the express purpose of having my own restaurant. There are approximately 10,000 applicants every year for around 200 positions, so it is very difficult to get in, but a wonderful company to work with.
I am happy to report that we are one step closer to having our own restaurant. I have an interview with Kevin Hickey, who is on the operator selection team, this Tuesday at 11:30 in Grapevine Mills. This is only a first interview, but getting this interview itself is a huge hurdle.
We'll give more details about the progress of this job quest with Chick-fil-A as they unfold, but as of now all is going as planned. Praise the Lord! Thanks for your thoughts and prayers.

Well, we could...but they live in Kentucky.
Praise the Lord on the interview. I really mean it too. Beck and I will be praying for you, Chad, and for your family during this time. I know that it is something that you have worked very hard for. Let us know if there is any specific ways to be praying.
KY isn't that far away...and I hear that free food keeps longer when put in the mail!

SOOO? How did it go? We are praying that GOd will keep bringing you to the front of Mr. Hickey's mind and that God would pave the way for you. We can't wait to get to TEXAS!! Only two weeks!!
